What this website collects

Nothing. There is no account, no contact form and deliberately no photo upload — photographs come through WhatsApp instead, which means this site never stores an image of anybody and there is no database here to breach.

The one thing stored in your browser is a private colour-palette preference, used only if you have deliberately opened the palette preview. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs — IP address, time, which page was requested — as every web server does, for security and to keep the site up.

What we collect when you order

Photographs

Of the person the figurine is of. This is the sensitive one: a photograph of a face is biometric-adjacent data, and we treat it that way.

What you tell us about them

Their hobby, their outfit, the occasion, the joke that has to be in there. Whatever you choose to share so we can design something recognisable.

Contact and delivery details

Your name, phone number, delivery address, and an email address if you want an invoice.

Payment records

What was paid and when.

Why we hold it, and what we never do with it

We use your photographs to design and produce your order, and to show you the design for approval. That is the entire purpose.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your photographs to train AI models, our own or anyone else's. And we do not post a finished piece publicly without asking you first — if you say no, that is the end of it and your order is unaffected.

Where it goes

Your conversation with us lives in WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit, but Meta processes them under their own privacy policy, not ours. If that matters to you, email us instead and we will work that way.

Beyond that, a photograph may reach a printing or finishing partner where a piece requires it, and delivery details reach the courier who brings your order. Both get the minimum needed to do the job. Nobody else sees anything.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as UAE tax and company law requires. Photographs and design files are kept while your order is live, and afterwards only so we can remake a piece if it arrives damaged or you order a matching one later.

If you would rather we did not, say so and we delete them. There is no form and no waiting period — one message is enough.

Photographs of other people

Most orders are gifts, so the person in the photograph is usually not the person sending it. When you send us a photograph you confirm you have the right to use it and that its subject would consent — the same commitment set out in the terms.

If you are the person in a photograph someone else sent, and you would like it deleted, message us and we will do it. We will not require you to prove anything awkward first.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. UAE data protection law gives you these rights and we would honour them regardless.

Children

We do not knowingly take orders from anyone under 18. We do make figurines of children — new-baby and graduation gifts are among the most common orders — and those photographs are handled exactly like every other: used for the order, shown publicly only with the parent's explicit permission, deleted on request.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting orders already placed will be told to you directly rather than published quietly.
