The agreement
Terms of service
Written to be read. These are the terms between you and when you buy from us — a custom figurine made from your photos, or a ready-made toy from the store. The two work differently, so each has its own part; what applies to both comes first and last.

1. Who you are dealing with
This website, and everything sold through it, is operated by , based in . In these terms "we" and "us" mean that business; "you" means the person or company placing the order.
Trade licence .
Contact: WhatsApp or .
2. What we sell
Two kinds of thing, on different terms:
- Custom figurines and 2.5D art — designed from photographs you provide and made to order for you. Part 1 covers them.
- Toys and other store products — ready-made, bought from the store and paid for at checkout. Part 2 covers them.
Sections 15 to 18, at the end, apply to both.
Part 1 · Made to order
Custom figurines & 2.5D art
Hand-finished collectible figurines and flat printed art pieces, designed from photographs you provide. Each piece is made to order for you and does not exist beforehand.
The short version
- An order exists once you have approved a quote and paid it in full.
- You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send us, and the consent of anyone in them.
- You approve the design before production. That approval is the point of no return.
- We can refuse work — infringing, non-consensual or demeaning requests get declined and refunded.
3. How a figurine order is formed
Our style is deliberately stylised — a character version of the person, not a photorealistic replica. Figurine prices shown on the site, and any estimate produced by the order builder, are indicative until we confirm a final quote in writing; they are not a binding offer.
You send us the brief and photos, usually on WhatsApp. We confirm a price. A contract comes into existence when you accept that price and pay it in full, by online payment or bank transfer. Production begins after that payment has cleared.
Until that point, either of us can walk away with nothing owed.
4. Photographs, likeness and consent
This is the clause that matters most, because it is the one that can cause real harm to someone who is not in this conversation.
By sending us a photograph you confirm that you either own it or have permission to use it, and that the person shown has consented to a figurine being made of them. Gifts are an obvious exception in spirit — a surprise present is fine — but the person depicted must be someone who would consent, and you accept responsibility for that judgement.
You grant us the licence needed to make your order: to reproduce and adapt the photograph for designing and producing the piece. We claim nothing else in your photograph, and we do not sell it, license it on, or use it to train anything.
We would like to show finished work in our gallery and on social media, and we will ask first. If you say no, the answer is no, and it changes nothing about your order.
5. Work we will not take
We decline requests involving photographs you do not have the right to use; likenesses of people who have not consented; other companies' trademarks, logos or copyrighted characters, unless you own them or are licensed to use them; and anything intended to demean, harass or sexualise the person depicted.
If we realise this after taking payment, we cancel and refund you in full. We would rather lose the order.
6. Design approval
We show you the character design before anything is produced, and revise it until you approve it. We do not count revisions, but they must stay within the brief the order was quoted against — a change of concept partway is a new brief, and is quoted separately.
Approving the design is the point at which the order becomes final. What you approve is what we make, so it is worth looking properly. Small variations between a digital render and a hand-finished physical object are inherent to the process — colour under different light, the fine layer lines left by printing, tiny differences between pieces in a set — and are not defects.
7. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Timelines, delivery costs, cancellation and what happens if something arrives damaged are set out in part 1 of the shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.
In short: cancel freely before you approve the design; after approval a personalised piece cannot be returned for change of mind; damaged or faulty pieces are remade or refunded.
8. Our design work
The character design, the illustrations and the 3D model we create remain ours. You are buying the physical piece — and the right to photograph it, gift it, and do whatever you like with it as an object.
Commercial reproduction of the design itself — manufacturing copies, licensing it, using it as a company mascot — is a different arrangement. Ask us; for corporate work it is usually straightforward.
9. Display pieces, not toys
Figurines and 2.5D pieces are collectible display pieces, not toys, and are not intended for children under 14. Some include small parts. Please keep them off low shelves in houses with small children.
Part 2 · Ready-made
Toys & store products
Products bought from the store and paid for at checkout. They are not personalised, so they are sold the way any shop sells things.
The short version
- A store order is made when your payment goes through at checkout.
- The price and delivery charge on the checkout page are what you pay.
- Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Unused items can come back within days of delivery.
- Damaged or faulty on arrival: replaced or refunded.
- Every product page gives the age it is made for. Follow it.
10. What the store sells
Ready-made toys and other products, each described and photographed on its own page in the store. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another.
11. How a store order is formed
You choose the products and quantities on the product page and pay on the checkout page, which is run by Stripe. A contract comes into existence when that payment goes through, and you are shown an order number.
If we then find we cannot supply something you have paid for — a colour sold out between your order and ours reaching us, say — we tell you straight away and refund it in full.
12. Prices
Store prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where it applies. The checkout page shows the price of each item and the delivery charge before you pay, and that is what you are charged. If a price is plainly wrong because of a mistake on our part, we tell you before dispatching and you can cancel for a full refund.
13. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery times and costs, cancellation, returns and refunds are set out in part 2 of the shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.
In short: delivered across the UAE; cancel before dispatch for a full refund; unused items in their original packaging can be returned within days of delivery; damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded.
14. Age and safe play
Each product page says what age the product is made for — follow it, and supervise younger children. Toys are for play as described: a toy sword is for play-fighting, not for hitting people or animals, and swings belong well away from faces.
Both kinds of order
Payment, responsibility and law
15. Payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams () and include VAT where it applies. Custom figurines are paid in full before production begins, by online payment or bank transfer; corporate orders can be invoiced against a purchase order. Store orders are paid in full at checkout.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — see the privacy policy.
16. What we are responsible for
We are responsible for supplying what you ordered — for a figurine, what you approved — to a reasonable standard, and for putting it right if we do not. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
We are not liable for delays caused by things outside our control — courier failures, customs, or photographs arriving late — nor for indirect losses such as an event you missed. This is why we ask about your deadline before taking a figurine order rather than after.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was placed, and the date at the top tells you which that is.
18. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before it gets that far, message us — almost everything is fixable in a conversation.
Questions about any of this?
Ask before you order, not after. We answer plainly.
