The agreement
Terms of service
Written to be read. These are the terms between you and when you order a figurine — what each of us promises, and what happens when something goes wrong.

The short version
- An order exists once you have approved a quote and paid the deposit.
- You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send us, and the consent of anyone in them.
- You approve the design before production. That approval is the point of no return.
- We can refuse work — infringing, non-consensual or demeaning requests get declined and refunded.
- UAE law, Dubai courts.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website and the figurines sold through it are operated by , based in . In these terms "we" and "us" mean that business; "you" means the person or company placing the order.
Trade licence .
Contact: WhatsApp or .
2. What we sell
Hand-finished collectible figurines and framed art, designed from photographs you provide. Each piece is made to order for you and does not exist beforehand.
Our style is deliberately stylised — a character version of the person, not a photorealistic replica. Prices shown on the site, and any estimate produced by the order builder, are indicative until we confirm a final quote in writing. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.
3. How an order is formed
You send us the brief and photos, usually on WhatsApp. We confirm a price. A contract comes into existence when you accept that price and pay the agreed deposit — normally % of the total, with the balance due before dispatch.
Until that point, either of us can walk away with nothing owed.
4. Photographs, likeness and consent
This is the clause that matters most, because it is the one that can cause real harm to someone who is not in this conversation.
By sending us a photograph you confirm that you either own it or have permission to use it, and that the person shown has consented to a figurine being made of them. Gifts are an obvious exception in spirit — a surprise present is fine — but the person depicted must be someone who would consent, and you accept responsibility for that judgement.
You grant us the licence needed to make your order: to reproduce and adapt the photograph for designing and producing the piece. We claim nothing else in your photograph, and we do not sell it, license it on, or use it to train anything.
We would like to show finished work in our gallery and on social media, and we will ask first. If you say no, the answer is no, and it changes nothing about your order.
5. Work we will not take
We decline requests involving photographs you do not have the right to use; likenesses of people who have not consented; other companies' trademarks, logos or copyrighted characters, unless you own them or are licensed to use them; and anything intended to demean, harass or sexualise the person depicted.
If we realise this after taking payment, we cancel and refund you in full. We would rather lose the order.
6. Design approval
We show you the character design before anything is produced. round of revisions is included; further changes may be quoted separately depending on how far they reach.
Approving the design is the point at which the order becomes final. What you approve is what we make, so it is worth looking properly. Small variations between a digital render and a hand-finished physical object are inherent to the process — colour under different light, paint texture, tiny differences between pieces in a set — and are not defects.
7. Payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams () and include VAT where it applies. A deposit starts the design; the balance is due before dispatch. Corporate orders can be invoiced against a purchase order.
Card payments, where offered, are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — see the privacy policy.
8. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Timelines, delivery costs, cancellation and what happens if something arrives damaged are all set out on the shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.
In short: cancel freely before you approve the design; after approval a personalised piece cannot be returned for change of mind; damaged or faulty pieces are remade or refunded.
9. Our design work
The character design, the illustrations and the 3D model we create remain ours. You are buying the physical piece — and the right to photograph it, gift it, and do whatever you like with it as an object.
Commercial reproduction of the design itself — manufacturing copies, licensing it, using it as a company mascot — is a different arrangement. Ask us; for corporate work it is usually straightforward.
10. What we are responsible for
We are responsible for making what you approved, to a reasonable standard, and for putting it right if we do not. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
We are not liable for delays caused by things outside our control — courier failures, customs, or photographs arriving late — nor for indirect losses such as an event you missed. This is why we ask about your deadline before taking the order rather than after.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Choking hazards and age
These are collectible display pieces, not toys, and are not intended for children under 14. Some include small parts. Please keep them off low shelves in houses with small children.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when the order was placed, and the date at the top tells you which that is.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before it gets that far, message us — almost everything is fixable in a conversation.
Questions about any of this?
Ask before you order, not after. We answer plainly.
